Summary
This study tested two simple tools to help older adults who take five or more medications. The tools included a one-page guide to prepare for doctor visits and short educational videos. The goal was to see if these tools improve how well people manage their medications and communicate with their healthcare providers. The study involved 405 adults aged 50 and older living in the community.
