Summary
This study tests a vaccine called ACI-7104.056 in 150 people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if it is safe and can train the immune system to attack a harmful protein linked to Parkinson's. Participants must be on a stable low dose of levodopa. This is not a cure, but may help control the disease.
