Summary
This study tested the safety of using focused ultrasound to create a small lesion in the brain area that controls movement, aiming to reduce Parkinson's symptoms like tremor and stiffness. Seven people with advanced Parkinson's took part. The goal was to see if the procedure is safe, not to prove it works as a treatment.
