First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at how abnormal proteins build up and spread in the brains of people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will use brain scans, blood tests, and thinking assessments to understand the disease better. The goal is to create a computer model of the brain to predict how Parkinson's progresses. About 160 people with Parkinson's, a sleep disorder linked to the disease, and healthy volunteers will take part.
