Summary
This study aims to find out whether lifting heavier weights or lighter weights is more effective for improving muscle strength and daily function in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare two different resistance training programs in 60 older adults with mild to moderate Parkinson's. The goal is to help people with Parkinson's maintain better physical function for everyday activities.
