First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether playing a special video game at home can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. 80 participants will either continue their usual care or also play the "TOAP RUN" game using a Kinect sensor for 12 months. Researchers will measure costs, quality of life, and fall frequency to see if this fun approach is worth it.
