Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—vestibular rehabilitation (balance exercises) and dual-task training (combining thinking and movement)—to see which better improves balance, thinking, and movement in people with Parkinson's disease. 45 participants aged 40-75 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will be assigned to one of three groups and exercise twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal is to find more effective ways to help people with Parkinson's move safely and think clearly.
