First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding arm and hand exercises to leg exercises during high-intensity circuit training helps people with Parkinson's disease more than leg exercises alone. Sixty-four participants completed 8 exercise classes. Researchers measured reaction time, balance, walking speed, endurance, and quality of life to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits.
