Summary

This study tests the safety of taking febuxostat and inosine together twice daily for 12 weeks in 24 adults with early-stage Parkinson's disease. Participants must be on stable Parkinson's medications and will have regular blood tests and checkups. The main goal is to measure changes in a blood chemical called hypoxanthine. While there is no guarantee of direct benefit, the results will help design future treatments.
