Summary
This study tests a structured parenting support program for families with infants (around 3 months old) who have early problems with crying, feeding, or sleeping. About 200 families will either receive the program (individual and group sessions plus a mobile app) or usual care. The goal is to see if the program reduces parental stress, boosts confidence, and improves infant behavior by the time the baby is 12 months old.
