Can a parenting class boost confidence for parents of teens?

NCT ID NCT07303062

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-session virtual parenting program can help parents feel more confident and knowledgeable about raising their teenager. Researchers will compare 60 parents who take the class right away to those who wait. The goal is to see if the program improves parents' understanding of teen mental health and their own parenting skills.
