Summary
This study uses smartphone surveys to track the daily ups and downs of 300 parents in German-speaking Switzerland. Parents will answer quick questions about their mood, sleep, and activities five times a day for two weeks. The goal is to understand what makes parenting feel good or stressful in real life, without any treatment or intervention.
