New study offers parents tools to tame tantrums and reduce stress

Summary

This study tests two group training programs for parents or caregivers of children aged 0-12 who have disruptive behavior or developmental delays. The programs teach behavior management techniques to reduce problem behaviors and lower parenting stress. About 800 English- or Spanish-speaking caregivers will participate.
