Text vs email: which gets parents to access Kids' medical records faster?

NCT ID NCT05989308

Summary

This study is testing whether sending parents text messages or patient portal messages helps them get online access to their children's medical records. Researchers want to see which method works better than the current approach of just suggesting access during office visits. The study involves 5,200 parents of children under 12 who haven't yet set up this online access.
