Summary
This study is testing a brief virtual program called 'Building Blocks for Child and Family Well-being' for parents in Ontario. The program teaches caregivers tools to help their family connect, solve problems, and handle stress. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to use and helpful for families. About 32 parents with children 18 or under will take part.
