NCT ID NCT07287839
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for people with treatment-resistant depression. Instead of the standard approach, doctors will use a brain-mapping method to target a specific area more precisely. The goal is to see if this improves depression symptoms and reduces side effects. About 60 adults with major depressive disorder that hasn't responded to at least two prior treatments will take part.
