Summary

This study is testing a mobile app called PARCA that helps people on probation or parole set personal goals and stay connected with their officers. Researchers want to see if the app helps people start substance use treatment sooner and attend more sessions. About 50 participants, including officers and individuals under supervision, will take surveys and interviews to share their experiences.
