Summary
This study tested whether taking a daily paraxanthine supplement for 6 weeks improves gaming performance, thinking skills, sleep, and mood in healthy adults who are new to gaming. Sixty participants were randomly assigned to receive either paraxanthine or a placebo. The results will help determine if this supplement can help beginner gamers perform better during long gaming sessions.
