Summary
This study is testing if a single session of paraffin wax therapy can provide immediate relief from muscle stiffness and pain for people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare 24 adults who either receive the warm wax treatment or rest. They will measure stiffness with a special device and ask about pain levels before and after the session.
