First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study is for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread and hasn't been treated yet. It tests a two-step approach: first, a low-dose mix of five chemotherapy drugs, then long-term maintenance with two targeted drugs (olaparib and pembrolizumab). The goal is to see if this plan can keep the cancer from growing longer than standard treatments. About 38 adults will take part.
