First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two experimental drugs (elraglusib and losartan) to standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX) can prevent metastatic pancreatic cancer from becoming resistant to treatment. About 70 adults with untreated, advanced pancreatic cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long the cancer stays under control compared to historical results with chemotherapy alone.
