New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug BMS-986504 to standard chemotherapy can help control pancreatic cancer in people whose tumors have a specific genetic change (MTAP deletion). About 60 adults with this cancer type will receive the combination either before and after surgery or with standard chemotherapy alone. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
