Summary
This study is testing a four-drug combination given before surgery for pancreatic cancer that can be removed. The treatment includes two chemotherapy drugs and two immunotherapy drugs designed to help the immune system attack the cancer. The main goals are to see if this approach safely shrinks tumors and kills cancer cells before surgery, and to monitor patients for two years afterward.
