New combo therapy targets tough pancreatic tumors

Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether combining targeted radiation (SBRT) with an experimental immunotherapy called PCX12 is safe for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. About 24 participants who have already had chemotherapy will receive the radiation followed by injections of PCX12 directly into the tumor. The main goal is to find the safest dose and watch for side effects.
