New hope for pancreatic cancer: immune boosting drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests whether adding two new drugs (zimberelimab and quemliclustat) to standard chemotherapy can help shrink pancreatic tumors that are either borderline removable or have spread locally. The goal is to make surgery possible and improve survival. About 56 adults with untreated pancreatic cancer will participate.
