Summary
This study tested whether combining three existing drugs could better control advanced pancreatic cancer that had spread. It involved 63 patients with metastatic disease, giving them gemcitabine and trastuzumab by IV and erlotinib as a daily pill. The main goal was to see if this combination could shrink or stop the growth of tumors.
