New massage method aims to ease leg swelling in women

Summary
This study tests a special massage technique called the Paloma Sahid Method to reduce leg swelling in women with lymphedema. Thirty-two women aged 30-65 with swelling in one leg will receive 12 sessions over one month. The goal is to see if this treatment improves leg size, movement, and quality of life.
