Summary
This study looks at people with advanced stomach cancer that is causing a blockage. It compares two types of surgery: removing the blocked part of the stomach or creating a bypass around it. The goal is to see which surgery better relieves symptoms like nausea and vomiting. The study includes 63 patients who need emergency treatment for the blockage.
