First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study observed 185 people with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer in Africa and the Middle East who were starting treatment with palbociclib combined with hormone therapy. Researchers tracked how long the treatment kept the cancer from growing, overall survival, and quality of life. The goal was to gather real-world information on how this drug works in these regions, not to test a new treatment.
