Summary
This study looked at how the drug palbociclib works in the body of Chinese women with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (ER+, HER2-). 26 postmenopausal women took the drug to measure its levels and check for side effects. The goal was to gather information needed for Chinese health authorities, not to cure the disease.
