New study seeks best pain block for obese elbow surgery patients

Summary
This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve block methods (retroclavicular infraclavicular vs. axillary) for pain relief in 90 obese patients having elbow or forearm surgery. The goal is to see which approach provides longer-lasting pain relief and reduces the need for extra pain medication. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups, and their pain levels and recovery will be tracked.
