Summary
This study tested whether a special nerve block (erector spinae plane block) can reduce pain and the amount of anesthesia needed during and after surgery for tethered cord syndrome in children. The study involved 73 children aged 18 and under. The goal was to improve pain control and reduce side effects from pain medicines.
