First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests if a special nerve block (transversalis fascia plane block) can reduce pain and the need for strong opioid drugs in cancer patients having groin lymph node removal. About 90 adults will be randomly assigned to get either the nerve block plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if this approach provides better pain control and fewer side effects.
