New nerve block additives aim to extend pain relief after surgery

Summary
This study aims to see which of two different pain-relief additives works better when mixed with a standard numbing medicine for a nerve block. The nerve block is used for patients having planned surgery on their arm or hand. Researchers will measure how long the pain relief lasts after surgery for each additive.
