First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study compares two drugs, dexmedetomidine and nalbuphine, added to a standard numbing shot for arm surgery. The goal is to see which one provides longer pain relief after the operation. 66 adults having elective upper arm surgery will take part. The results could help improve recovery and reduce the need for extra painkillers.
