First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at how a non-invasive magnetic device (pTMS) helps relieve chronic pain after surgery or injury. Fifty adults with long-term pain will receive four daily treatments. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity and analyze blood samples before and after treatment to understand how the body's pain-relieving signals change. The goal is to improve pain management by learning exactly how this FDA-cleared device works.
