Summary
This study tests whether taking a single dose of piroxicam or prednisolone before a root canal can lower pain afterward. It involves 60 adults aged 18-40 with an inflamed tooth nerve and infection. Participants receive one of the two medicines, and their pain is measured using a simple scale.
