Summary
This study compares three different pain management approaches for adults aged 55+ with multiple broken ribs. Researchers want to see which method best reduces pain and opioid use while helping patients breathe better. The trial involves 24 hospitalized patients who will receive either nerve blocks, lidocaine infusions, or standard pain medication.
