First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and SPSIPB) to see which one works better for pain control after video-assisted lung surgery (VATS). About 90 adults having elective VATS will be enrolled. The goal is to reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers, and to improve patient satisfaction.
