Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and QLB) to see which provides better pain relief after kidney surgery in children aged 2-12. The goal is to find which method delays the need for extra pain medicine and reduces overall pain and side effects. 100 children will take part, and their pain and recovery will be monitored for 24 hours after surgery.
