Summary
This study planned to compare two pain relief methods after breast removal surgery: a nerve block (serratus anterior plane block) versus local anesthetic injected by the surgeon. The goal was to see which method reduces the need for strong painkillers (opioids) and improves arm movement and pain scores. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
