Inclusion Criteria: * Patients scheduled for uniportal VATS under general anesthesia, ASA status I-III, aged from 18 to 70 years old of both sex. Exclusion Criteria: * Contraindications to regional block * Pregnancy * Body mass index (BMI) \> 30 Kg/m2 * Psychiatric diseases * Severe renal, liver, or cardiac dysfunction
