Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks—Quadratus Lumborum and Transversalis Fascia—to see which provides better pain relief after inguinal hernia surgery. Sixty adults aged 18-65 will be enrolled, and researchers will measure how long it takes before patients need additional pain medication. The goal is to improve postoperative comfort and reduce opioid use.
