Summary
This study tested two different nerve-block methods to control pain and improve recovery after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. Sixty adults having elective surgery were randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks. The goal was to see which approach provides better pain relief and a smoother recovery in the first 24 hours after surgery.
