Spinal shot for surgery pain: does it speed recovery?

Summary
This study is testing if adding a small dose of morphine injected into the spine, along with standard pain control methods, helps people recover better after a type of keyhole chest surgery. Researchers will compare two groups of patients to see which pain management approach leads to less pain, fewer opioid painkillers needed, and a better overall recovery experience in the first day after surgery.
