Summary

This study looks at how pain pathways in the brain and nerve regrowth in the eye change after corneal crosslinking (CXL) for keratoconus. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) and special eye imaging to measure these changes in 60 participants aged 8-35. The goal is to better understand the healing process, not to test a new treatment.
