Summary
This study tests two methods of pain relief after open abdominal surgery in children aged 1 to 15. One method uses a nerve block (TAP-block) and the other uses a small tube placed in the wound to deliver numbing medicine. The goal is to see which approach reduces the need for strong painkillers and helps children recover faster.
