Summary

This study looked at whether nonopioid pain medicines work as well as opioids for children after elbow fracture surgery. 137 kids aged 4 to 10 years took part. Their pain and parent satisfaction were tracked for 5 days after surgery. The goal was to find a safer, standard pain management plan.
