First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study surveys 300 primary care professionals in Spain—including doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists, and nutritionists—to understand their knowledge and beliefs about musculoskeletal pain. The goal is to see if healthcare providers unintentionally reinforce fear and avoidance of movement, which can lead to chronic disability. Results will guide better training and policies for pain management.
