NCT ID NCT07460011
First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teaching people with chronic low back pain about how their brain processes pain can help them feel less afraid of movement and reduce their pain. 62 adults aged 20-55 with pain lasting at least 3 months will either do core exercises alone or combine them with pain education sessions. The goal is to see if understanding pain better leads to less fear and discomfort.
